Crabtree General Store & Coffee Vault in Franklin

Went to Crabtree first time today. Used the drive thru I was greeted with AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I explained how I didnt know they were there but when I dropped some hikers at 76. I saw coffee sign. I came to the window was greeted and asked what I would like and if I needed any assistance for being my first time there. I ordered a hazelnut latte and it was seriously amazing. I am definitely a customer from now on....especially since I drive Lyft and Uber around the area. KEEP UP THE ENTHUSIASM AND YOU ARE GREAT. THANK YOU.

Good coffee. Clean establishment, however I did see the barista spray a chemical cleaner onto the glass that covered the ice cream freezer. Sort of doubt that the ice cream freezer is an air tight container. Prepare yourself for religious music on the sound system & lots of church craft clothing and sugary candies.

I’ve been in for their ice cream as number of times and the prices for it are fantastic considering what you get. I don’t know about the coffee but overall I’d have trouble calling it a general store if I were running it simply because they don’t have a lot of stock. The staff are always friendly though and I will be going back. I’ll update when I get coffee.
